I'm the man behind the camera, except for these few rare instances.
Born in Sioux City, Iowa and raised by Cambodian immigrants my life has had its capturable moments to say the least. I started taking photos in my teens and haven't stopped since!
When I'm not behind the camera I enjoy being a full-time girl dad, going on road trips with my family, biking, kayaking, going to the shooting range with friends, going on hikes with our dog, working on cars, and doing almost anything outdoors.
Outside of R. Adventures, I work serving others in the Siouxland community at Mercy One hospital as a surgical technician.

I met John
I'm the friendlier, prettier, some may say more awesome side of R. Adventure. For the most part I will be the person you will message, I'll set up appointments, schedules, sessions, and timelines. I've been taking photos on my phone as long as I've been able and never had a desire to do this professionally until Johnson showed me the art behind the camera and years later, I haven't looked back. I take every opportunity to learn more behind the camera, but I am mostly in charge of connecting with clients and marketing.
When I'm not working with R. Adventures for fun I'm caring for our family, doing anything outdoors, and spending time with friends.
I also run a coffee shop full time, clean houses, and do stand-up comedy
Our most recent career addition has been wedding planning and day of coordination. After working 4 years in event coordination and management, 3 years as a wedding photographer, 4 times bridesmaid, and lifetime type A personality this experience has brought me so much joy to share. I have now helped plan 3 weddings and have been a day of coordinator for 6 wedding with references and reviews.
